Oh My Celium is a female founded, adaptogen based, psilocybin micro-dose energy bar. We are grain/gluten/dairy/refined sugar free with no filler’s binders or preservatives. Our bars are loaded with only the cleanest ingredients that work with your body, stimulating cellular function and brain neuroplasticity, supporting digestive and immune health while optimizing every major system. Each ingredient serving a deeply healing purpose.

Who we are

I became interested in food as medicine at a young age, with a heavy focus on macrobiotics. My mom was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13 and I found my only real solace in the proof of foods healing power.

 I could never have arrived at the path I am currently on without the support of plants and psychedelics. This bar came to be during a very difficult time in my life. I was navigating newfound sobriety during a global pandemic and dealing with physical and mental health challenges that were leaving me hopeless and so deeply frustrated.

These bars and my experience with micro dosing have played a fundamental role in the rediscovery of my true self, my capacity for healing, and for deep unconditional self-love. I hope they provide you with the same nourishing restoration.
